At SouqLazim, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process within Qatar.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
- Personal care items, opened electronics, and clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.
